Biography: Scott Rockwell was a co-creator of The Lunatic Fringe.

Scott worked as an editor, art director, writer, artist, and colorist for several comic book companies. He worked for Sirius Comics in support as a colorist, from 1985 to 1986. In 1987, Rockwell's work as a writer and colorist appeared in Pied Piper Comics, Amazing Comics, and Wonder Color Comics.

Scott began work as a writer for Eternity and Malibu during 1988. He also began to work as an editor/art director for Innovation, from 1988 to 1993; and as a writer and artist, from 1989 to 1993; and support as a colorist, from about 1990 to 1993.

Rockwell worked support as colorist for DC during 1989; Penthouse during 1994; Millennium Publications, from 1993 to 1994 and design in 1993; Topps during 1994; Continuity during 1994; Acclaim / Valiant (Valiant) during 1995; Image during 1995; Hamilton Comics during 1995; Caliber Press during 1996; Maximum Press, from 1996 to 1997; Marvel, during 1995 and 1997; Sicilian Dragon during 1999; and Studio G during 2001. Scott also worked support as a colorist for Heroic Publishing during 2011.

He also worked in support as a colorist for multiple Disney titles for several publishers. Scott worked for Gladstone, from 1987 to 1988, 1990, from 1993 to 1998; Gemstone, from 2003 to 2008; Boom! Studios during 2011; Fantagraphics, from 2014 to 2018; and IDW, from 2015 to 2016. Rockwell worked on Disney titles for the European market, many of which was reprinted in the United States. He did work for Hjemmet / Egmont (Norway) in 2008.
