Steve Jones (b. 1960)

Biography:

Steven has written fiction novels for adults and young adults, comic books, graphic novels, radio scripts, non-fiction, and advertising pieces. Steven has also taught courses in comic book writing. A graduate of the University of Iowa, he majored in Journalism and Religion and was accepted into Iowa's prestigious Writers' Workshop MFA Program in 1990. His credits include nonfiction works such as The Clive Cussler Adventures: A Critical Review and Comics Writing: Communicating with Comic Books, as well as fiction novels King of Harlem, Bushwhackers, and Talismen: The Knightmare Knife with Barb Jacobs. His comics work includes Alien Nation, Curious Cases of Sherlock Holmes, Worlds of H. P. Lovecraft, Dracula, Re-Animator, and the original comic book series Nightlinger and Street Heroes. His audio dramas have been produced by Jim French Production and broadcast internationally on Imagination Theater.
