Biography:

Mr. Williams started as an animator for Walt Disney Productions and worked on "Fantasia" and "Dumbo." He was a fighter pilot in World War II, flying missions in the Pacific. He drew Henry Aldrich comic books, among others, and for a number of years worked on the Dennis the Menace comic book. In advertising he worked for national accounts for Johnstone & Cushing in New York City. In syndicated comic strips, he worked on "The Neighbors" for the Chicago Tribune-New York News Syndicate and had his own syndicated panel, "Dolly" for Hall Syndicate. In his later years he was a children's book illustrator.
