It is probable that the creator Hal Chambers, who credited work appears at the same time and on many of the same comics, is the same person as Ellis Chambers. Bails' Who's Who suggested comparing Hal's work to H. R. C., which is one of the pen name signatures known to have been used by Ellis. See details here:
