Biography:

Ernie Hart did support as an editor for Marvel (Timely) during the 1940s on their funny animal and teen titles into the post-Second World War period. He also worked support as an editor for L. B. Cole and their work for Gilberton from 1958 to 1959.

Notes:

Ernie Hart's pen names of Howard James and Hoaward Johns might have been used by Hart at Marvel (Timely) in the early 1940s, but that is uncertain.
