Biography: Gustavo Trigo made his debut in 1958 working for Editorial Columba. He was a pupil of Alberto Breccia. He later had work published by Fleetway and worked for Charlton comics from 1967 through 1976 drawing mostly romance comics.
He is known for the comics series 'La Guerra de los Antartes', written by Hector German Oesterheld for leftwing Noticias newspaper in the 1970s. At the end of the seventies, he moved to Rome and worked for Eura Editoriale (Skorpio and Lanciostory) and Sergio Bonelli Editore (Dylan Dog, Nick Raider, and Julia).
Notes: Trigo’s pen name Marcos Adan is not currently known to be credited or signed with a stress mark (Marcos Adán).
