Writing, penciling and inking on Lamentin' Luke strip in 1956. Backgrounds on Mike Hammer strip for a year for Pheonix Features Writing, penciling and inking on Service Smith strip in 1946. Writing, penciling and inking on Small Wonders strip in 1962.

Formed Gates Features circa 1962.

Lettered his own features at Mainline Comics in 1955.
