Biography: Creator of Da Bum, usually symbolizing the baseball team, the Brooklyn Dodgers or the New York borough of Brooklyn. Most famous appearance of which appeared on the front page of the New York Daily News, Volume 37, Number 87, Wednesday, October 5, 1955, celebrating the first World Series win by the Brooklyn Dodgers.
