Biography:
Higgins worked in support at Marvel Comics as an editorial assistant in 1982-1983, an assistant editor from 1983 to 1984, an associate editor from 1984 to 1985, and as an editor from 1986 to 1988.
He also worked in support at Marvel Comics as a letterer and a colorist from 1979 to 1998.
He contributed to Alter Ego (Twomorrows, 1999 series) v2#3 (Winter 1999/2000).

Notes:
Michael Higgins should not be confused with the British artist Mike Higgs. Bails' Who's Who mistakenly credits Higgins for the creation of Moonbird, which was actually created by Higgs.
