Mike Vosburg (b. 1947)

Biography:

Mike Vosburg worked for three years as a schoolteacher before pursuing his dream to be a cartoonist. In 1985, after several years in the comics industry, he started work in animation and films. He illustrated comic book covers designed to look like the original 1950s comics for the TV series Tales from the Crypt. He storyboarded for movies such as The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian, Voyage of the Dawntreader and Journey to the Center of the Earth. He won an Emmy as one of the directors for the HBO animated series Spawn in 1999.
